Competition Prizes:

We have 5 Prizes to give away. Prizes consist of 3 course meal for 2, plus a bottle of house wine.

Prizes can be redeemed at any of the 9 Thwaites Inns of Character Listed here, subject to availability: Crown Inn at Pooley Bridge, The Fleece at Cirencester,  Judges Lodgings at York, The Lion at Settle, The Lister Arms at Malham, Millstone at Mellor, The Royal Oak at Keswick, The Royal at Heysham, Toll House Inn at Lancaster.

Thwaites retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available

By entering the competition you are accepting the following terms & conditions:

  1. Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

Prize Draw Period

  1. To be entered into the prize draw, participants must ​submit a valid email address via Web address to be inserted.
  2. The prize draw opens ​Monday 25th September 2017
  3. The prize draw closes​ 31st January 2018. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

The Prize & Prize Draw

  1. 5 x eligible winner​(s)​ will be picked​ at random​
  2. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw close date.
  3. The winner will be selected at random by computer generation.
  4. The winner will be notified by​ email  and will have ​28 days to respond to claim their prize. Upon failure to do so, another eligible entrant may be selected to receive the prize.
  5. Upon claiming the prize, winners will have 12 months from the date of claiming to redeem their prize.
  6. The prize will be sent to the winner(s) by post.
  7. The prize value for the 3 course meal is up to £35 per person
  8. Only 1 entry per person
  9. No alternative prize will be offered
  10. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available
  11. Entries appearing in bulk or generated by machine will not be accepted. Participants entering from multiple accounts will not be accepted
  12. DANIEL THWAITES PLC will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed prizes.
  13. The competition result is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner(s)
  14. DANIEL THWAITES PLC ​has the right to withdraw the competition without prior notice, and does not accept responsibility for any hardware or software failures that subsequently affect the running of the competition
  15. DANIEL THWAITES PLC​ further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw
  16. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw

The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Thwaites’ reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by Thwaites, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Thwaites and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
